Heald frames are the moving structure of the shedding system. Frame straightness, connector rigidity and heald wire spacing determine how cleanly the shed opens at high speed.
We produce frame sections in aluminium alloy or steel, machined end pieces, connectors and heald wire sets, all to the loom reference supplied by the customer.
Frames are checked for straightness, hole position and surface finish before packing, so they mount on the machine without additional fitting.
